Dance Square is in a charming seven story building, part of a development complex, located just a few blocks from Old Street. This two-bedroom flat is on the second floor and accessible by lift. The apartment has a large entranceway with tiled floors, shelves and a coatrack. It has a homey feel that many of our guests will appreciate.
The master bedroom is exceptionally large with full sized double bed, a desk and chair, night tables and lamps, dresser and full-length window. The spare bedroom also has a full-sized bed with night tables, closets and window.
This bright full sized-kitchen shares and open space with the living room. The appliances would make any chef happy. It has a Siemens oven, electric hob, retractable extraction unit, chilled wine rack, microwave, dishwasher, and a kitchen table for four. The sliding glass doors offer balcony access for four and lots of light for the living room and kitchen. There is a table and chair outside for two with a nice view overlooking the courtyard.
The one bathroom in the hall has a combined tub and shower. The washing closet in the hall is complete with clothes washer and dryer unit.
Clerkenwell is located in the borough of Islington. It was an ancient parish in medieval times. Clerkenwell is named after a well where Parish clerks would hold biblical plays. Most notably, this area was home to London's Little Italy from approximately 1850 to 1960. The community still exists, though much smaller, and is based around St. Louis. Peter's Italian Church with street fairs taking place in July.
This area of Clerkenwell is just five minutes off the eccentric Old Street. Nearby restaurants and pubs include Central Street Café, Food 52, Palatino Restaurant, The Corner Bar, and a Chicken and chip shop. Try the likes of Arancini Brothers for Vegan, Jane Roe Kitchen, Thai City, or Look Mum No Hands! in the Old Street area.
